  • Overlay

Decorative Concrete is a very budget friendly option for flooring for a new home. Working with the builder, contractor and home owner to stream line the timing to meet the closing date and move in date! A stain and seal is a great choice for new homes due to it's long term durability and low cost of application.

This flooring is also a wonderful choice for a home being remodeled. Many times a stain and seal will be feasible but with older floors a border has to be installed or a concrete overlay applied to mask the flaws in the floor. Either way both provide amazing results.
